This symposium will present findings of a survey of 103 US doctoral educational leadership programs in the US. Information is presented on current practices in program content (selection considerations, course requirements, and dissertation models); program delivery and management (use of cohort models, timing and sequence of courses, and role of partners); current resources (tuition, funding, and use of full-time faculty and adjuncts); and student and program assessment and accreditation. Ed.D. and Ph.D. programs are compared.
