The purpose of this session is to provide associate professors access to the cultural and social capital of full professors who have successfully achieved the highest academic rank. All the participants are past recipients of either the Jay Scribner Mentoring or Master Professor Award. This session will utilize an interactive "speed dating" format so that all attendees get an opportunity to informally dialogue with each of the participating full professors in small groups regarding strategies to make the successful transition from associate to full professor.
